Easter Sunday is past but Eastertide continues right up to Pentecost on Whit Sunday. Today however is the end of 'A cake for every Day'. It has been a journey though taste, fashions, country-lore and baking. Forty-seven cakes have represented and celebrated the dates between 24th February and the 13th April.
