I thought a nice cake might be needed in early March. The saying goes that this month comes 'in like a lion and out like a lamb' so the weather can still be a little cruel. Nice Cake is a simple straightforward kind of cake, like Nice biscuits. Good with a nice cup of tea and a sit down.
